Bookkeeping & filings

Monthly bookkeeping for LLCs and sole traders

We keep the books current, reconcile every month and file tax and statistical reports on time.

AVH Accounting runs the whole set of books for small and mid-sized businesses in Yerevan — for LLCs, sole traders and micro-businesses. Monthly service is one complete job rather than a count of hours: the fee is fixed and known at the start of the month.

What the monthly fee covers

Processing source documents: invoices, acceptance acts, advances, cash paperwork. Reconciling bank statements and counterparty balances. Closing the month and checking the balances. Every tax filing to the State Revenue Committee for your regime. Payroll and HR paperwork. Answers to day-to-day questions, at no extra charge.

If the tax office asks about a filing we prepared, we answer it ourselves and for free: that is the warranty on our own work, not an extra service.

How a month runs

You send documents whichever way suits you — a photo, a file, or one bundle at the end of the month. We process them as they arrive rather than in the last few days. Once the month is closed you get the tax picture: what has been charged and what has to be paid, before the deadline rather than after it.

The deadlines we track

Payroll income tax is calculated and paid by the 20th of the following month (article 156(1) and article 158(1)), and the social payment falls in the same window. The single VAT return and payment are also due by the 20th (articles 75 and 78). Turnover tax is due by the 20th of the month after the quarter (articles 261 and 262). The annual profit-tax return is due by 20 April of the following year (articles 134 and 136), with advances on the 20th of each quarter's last month (article 135). A micro-business files its annual turnover report by 1 February (article 270). These dates apply in 2026.

What it costs

A sole trader on the micro regime — from 20,000 AMD a month; on turnover tax — from 25,000 AMD; an LLC with only a director — from 45,000 AMD; an LLC with employees — from 65,000 AMD, the first employee already included. Three things move the price: the number of transactions, headcount and the tax regime. The estimator on this site gives the exact figure, and the contract price does not exceed it by more than 10%.

How we take over your books

Changing accountants is usually put off out of one fear: that something will turn out to have been missed. That is where we start. We read the last filings and the balances in your tax-portal account, then tell you in writing what state the books are in and what needs fixing. That review is free and commits you to nothing. The first meeting at our office in the B Park business centre is free as well.

Answers — up front

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Pricing is fixed and agreed upfront — no hourly surprises. It depends on transaction volume and complexity; most small businesses land in a predictable monthly range after the free health check.

Can you take over from our current accountant?

Yes — we handle the entire handover: requesting records, reconciling opening balances and notifying the authorities where needed. Typical transition takes one to two weeks.

What if the tax office audits us?

Answering the tax office about a filing we prepared is on us, in every tariff — it is the warranty on our own work. A full audit — a scheduled inspection, restoring earlier periods, representation — is a separate service, included if your monthly fee is 100,000 AMD or more.

What if something gets missed?

Our automation system watches notifications and deadlines every day, and an accountant checks them. And if a fine comes from our mistake, for example you told us about a transaction or sent a new employee's documents and we did not process them, we pay it. The contract says so.

Why choose you over an in-house accountant?

An in-house accountant is one person with a salary, taxes, vacations and sick days — and all the history lives in their head. With us you get a team, an automated system and a 24/7 bot assistant, usually for less than the cost of one employee.
